Abstract
Ushbu maqolada jarohat profilaktikasiga xizmat qiluvchi neyromuskulyar tayyorgarlik modeli masalasi jismoniy madaniyat nazariyasi, sport pedagogikasi va sog‘lomlashtiruvchi ta’lim konsepsiyalari kesishgan nuqtada tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundaki, zamonaviy oliy ta’limda jismoniy madaniyat mashg‘uloti faqat jismoniy sifatlarni rivojlantirish yoki nazorat normativlarini bajarish bilan cheklanib qolmasligi, balki talabaning salomatlikka mas’ul munosabati, mustaqil mashq qilish odati, harakat xavfsizligi, ijtimoiy hamkorlik va shaxsiy rivojlanish strategiyasini shakllantirishi zarur. Maqolada talaba-sportchilarning kuch, muvozanat, sakrash, qo‘nish, keskin burilish va harakatni boshqarish qobiliyatlari tadqiqot obyekti sifatida, jarohat xavfini kamaytirish uchun neyromuskulyar faollashtirish, kuch tayyorgarligi, proprioseptiv nazorat, harakat texnikasi va tiklanish madaniyatini integratsiyalash esa tadqiqot predmeti sifatida belgilandi. Nazariy tahlil, qiyosiy-pedagogik umumlashtirish, model loyihalash va amaliy metodik interpretatsiya asosida dinamik qizish, harakat sifatini skrining qilish, kuch-muvozanat mashqlari, plyometrik texnika, sport turiga xos keskin harakatlar va yuklamadan keyingi tiklanish bloklarini birlashtiruvchi model taklif etildi. Maqolaning ilmiy yangiligi profilaktika jarayonini alohida tibbiy tavsiya emas, balki mashg‘ulotning boshlang‘ich, asosiy va yakuniy qismlariga singdirilgan pedagogik nazorat tizimi sifatida asoslash bilan belgilanadi. Natijalar jismoniy madaniyat darsining maqsad, mazmun, metod, baholash va refleksiya komponentlarini yaxlit tizimga keltirish imkonini ko‘rsatadi; amaliy ahamiyati esa kafedra, trener-o‘qituvchi va sport pedagogi uchun dars jarayonini ilmiy asosda rejalashtirish, xavfsiz yuklama berish va talaba faolligini barqaror oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
