Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak texnologiya o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetentligini shakllantirishning nazariy, metodik va amaliy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli transformatsiya va sanoat 4.0 sharoitida texnologik ta’lim sohasidagi pedagoglarning tayyorgarlik darajasi, zamonaviy yondashuvlar asosida o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida diagnostik tahlil, eksperiment asosidagi mashg‘ulotlar, kompetensiyalarni baholash tizimlari va xalqaro tajribalar asosida kompleks model taklif qilingan. Kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, loyiha asosida o‘qitish, raqamli vositalarni integratsiyalash, va faol o‘qitish metodlarining samaradorligi statistik dalillar bilan asoslangan. Maqola xulosasida ta’lim dasturlarini takomillashtirish, laboratoriyalarni zamonaviylashtirish va pedagogik amaliyotni ishlab chiqarish bilan uyg‘unlashtirish bo‘yicha aniq takliflar ilgari surilgan.
