Abstract

OITS (orttirilgan immun tanqisligi sindromi) global miqyosda dolzarb epidemiologik va ijtimoiy-gigiyenik muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, 2023-yilda dunyo bo‘yicha 39 milliondan ortiq inson odam immun tanqisligi virusi (OIV) bilan yashamoqda. Ushbu maqolada OITS tarqalishining asosiy gigiyenik xavf omillari – sanitariya-gigiyena sharoitlari, tibbiy muassasalarda sterilizatsiya va dezinfeksiya talablariga rioya qilinmasligi, shaxsiy gigiyena madaniyatining pastligi, xavfli xulq-atvor va ijtimoiy determinantlar ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, OITS tarqalishida gigiyenik omillar muhim determinanta bo‘lib, ularning nazorati epidemiologik jarayonni samarali boshqarishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega.
