Abstract

This study focuses on the development of an integrated methodological approach for teaching technical and tactical skills in football training sessions within higher education institutions. Traditional training methods often separate technical skill development from tactical decision-making, leading to fragmented learning outcomes. The research aims to design and experimentally validate an integrated training model that simultaneously develops technical execution and tactical awareness under game-like conditions. The study employs experimental methods, performance analysis, and statistical evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the proposed model. The findings demonstrate that integrated training significantly enhances players’ decision-making speed, technical accuracy under pressure, and overall game performance. The study confirms that the integration of technical and tactical components is a critical factor in optimizing football training efficiency.
