Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada ta’lim tizimida inklyuziv ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish va teng imkoniyatlarni yaratish masalasi pedagogik nazariya, ijtimoiy adolat va ta’lim amaliyoti kesishmasida chuqur ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda inklyuziv ta’lim faqat alohida ehtiyojga ega bo‘lgan bolalarni ta’lim jarayoniga jalb etish shakli sifatida emas, balki ta’lim tizimining umumiy sifatini belgilovchi ijtimoiy-pedagogik paradigma sifatida talqin etiladi. Maqolada inklyuziv ta’lim samaradorligini cheklayotgan institutsional, metodik va psixopedagogik omillar ochib berilib, teng imkoniyatlar tushunchasining normativ va real amaliy talqinlari o‘rtasidagi ziddiyatlar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, inklyuziv ta’lim jarayonida pedagog shaxsining kasbiy mas’uliyati, reflektiv tafakkuri va insonparvarlik pozitsiyasi hal qiluvchi omil sifatida asoslanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari inklyuziv ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish faqat tashkiliy choralar bilan emas, balki pedagogik tafakkur va ta’lim madaniyatining tubdan o‘zgarishini talab etishini ilmiy jihatdan isbotlaydi.
