Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ovqatlanish madaniyati va surunkali jigar kasalliklari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik, shuningdek, aholining ovqatlanish xatti-harakatlarini sog‘lomlashtirish orqali jigar kasalliklarining ijtimoiy yukini kamaytirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, jigar kasalliklari dunyo bo‘yicha o‘lim sabablari orasida yetakchi o‘rinda turadi. Har yili taxminan 1,5 million kishi surunkali gepatit, jigar sirrozi yoki yog‘li gepatoz oqibatida hayotdan ko‘z yumadi(JSST 2024). Tadqiqotda ovqatlanish madaniyati past bo‘lgan hududlarda jigar kasalliklari tarqalishi 1,8–2,4 baravar yuqoriligi aniqlangan. Ilmiy natijalar sog‘lom ovqatlanish, yog‘ va uglevod balansini nazorat qilish, shuningdek, alkogol iste’molini kamaytirish orqali kasallik yukini sezilarli darajada kamaytirish mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi.
