Ushbu ilmiy maqola qurilish sanoati hududlarida changlanishning respirator kasalliklar rivojlanishiga ta’sirini epidemiologik kuzatuvlar va regressiya tahlili orqali hisobga olgan adabiyotlar sharhini taqdim etadi. Qurilish changi va havodagi zarrachalar inson respirator tizimiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi, surunkali nafas qiyinlishuvi, yo‘tal, astma va o‘pkaning surunkali obstruktiv kasalligi(O‘SOK) kabi holatlar bilan bog‘liqligi ko‘plab tadqiqotlarda qayd etilgan. Epidemiologik tadqiqotlar qurilish ishchilarida changga qaramlik darajasi o‘sishi bilan respirator simptomlar va kasalliklar tez-tez uchrashi o‘rtasida ijobiy korrelyatsiya aniqlangan. Ushbu sharhda mavjud ilmiy adabiyotlar sistematik tarzda tahlil qilinib, epidemiologik kuzatuvlar, chang darajasi va kasallik rivojlanishi o‘rtasidagi regressiya modellari asosiy e’tibor markazida bo‘ladi.
