Abstract

Ushbu tahliliy maqolada COVID-19 infeksiyasi jarayonida yallig‘lanish mediatorlarining qondagi o‘zgarishlari, ularning immunopatologik roli va kasallik og‘irligi bilan bog‘liqligi ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida o‘rganildi. Asosiy e’tibor interleykinlar (IL-6, IL-1β, IL-10), TNF-α, interferonlar, prokoagulyant mediatorlar (D-dimer, fibrinogen) va yallig‘lanishning “sitokin bo‘roni” mexanizmiga qaratildi. COVID-19 og‘ir kechgan bemorlarda IL-6 darajasining 10–30 barobar oshishi, ferritin va D-dimer ko‘tarilishi, limfopeniya hamda CRP miqdorining keskin ortishi kuzatilgani statistik ma’lumotlar bilan asoslandi. Ushbu mediatorlarning dinamikasi klinik holatni prognozlashda, og‘irlik darajasini aniqlashda va immunomodulyator terapiyaning samaradorligini baholashda muhim biomarker sifatida ko‘rsatildi
