Ushbu tahliliy maqolada jigar sirrozi rivojlanishi jarayonida qon zardobidagi lipoproteinlar tarkibi va fraksiyalaridagi o‘zgarishlar keng qamrovli ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritildi. Sirrozda lipoprotein almashinuvi keskin buzilib, xususan, HDL(High-Density Lipoprotein, ya’ni yuqori zichlikdagi lipoprotein) darajasining pasayishi, LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein, ya’ni past zichlikdagi lipoprotein) strukturasining o‘zgarishi, VLDL(Very Low-Density Lipoprotein, ya’ni juda past zichlikdagi lipoprotein) sintezi va sekretsiyasining kamayishi, shuningdek, apolipoproteinlarning disbalansi bemorlarning umumiy metabolik holatiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishi tahlil qilindi. Ushbu o‘zgarishlar jigar parenximasining shikastlanish darajasi, portal gipertenziya, surunkali yallig‘lanish va oksidlovchi stress bilan bevosita bog‘liqligi ilmiy dalillar bilan asoslandi.
